Jandy Kim has dedicated her career on helping those living with the impacts of trauma. She provides psycho-education on how trauma affects the brain, body, and day-to-day functioning and supports clients in learning new tools and strategies to help hem cope with their post-traumatic injury. Jandy is committed to helping her clients regain a sense of normalcy as well as discover a newfound passion for life as they experience post-traumatic growth.
In addition to her commitment to supporting Public Safety Personnel, Jandy also serves as a treatment provider for WorkSafe BC through their Occupational Trauma Response program and Mental Health Treatment Services.

Gaylene’s approach to counselling is client centred, trauma informed and strength-based, and she tailors therapy to truly meet a client’s needs through blending various modalities and techniques, such as solution focused therapy, emotion focused individual therapy, narrative therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy. She works with a variety of presenting issues including trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. Her work focuses on supporting clients in reconnecting to their true selves from a place of feeling lost, broken and/or disconnected. Gaylene holds high admiration and respect for anyone willing to pursue personal healing at any level and sees it as a great honour and privilege to support clients along the way of exchanging their suffering for healing and hope.
Gaylene received her Master of Arts in Counselling degree in 2016 and her Bachelor of Arts degree with honours in Women’s Studies in 2004 and is a Certified Canadian Counsellor through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

Gordon has been a child and family counsellor with SHARE Family and Community Services for over 16 years. He has supported children, families, couples and individuals as they deal with their mental health issues as well as navigate the often complicated and stressful experience of dealing with MCFD. Gordon has also been a service provider with TOV Trauma Recovery Services since 2022.
Gordon enjoys helping his clients uncover their strengths and build stronger relationships. He takes a strength-based and trauma informed approach to counselling and he brings with him an incredible wealth of knowledge and experience, both to his clients as well as his colleagues and the students he mentors.
Denim (pictured above) is Gordon’s service dog and she is sweet tempered Labrador retriever.
