Growing up in Latin America and immigrating to Canada in 2003, she brings a multicultural perspective to her work with individuals and communities. She began her professional journey in Argentina, studying Music Therapy and developing a strong interest in somatic approaches that recognize the connection between the body, brain, and emotional well-being.
She later completed a Master of Counselling at the University of Melbourne, Australia, specializing in Narrative Therapy and community-based practice. Her training enables her to integrate body-centered awareness with collaborative therapeutic conversations that help clients better understand their experiences and build on their strengths.
Drawing from both somatic and narrative approaches, she supports individuals in exploring the impact of their personal histories, strengthening resilience, and creating meaningful change. She works collaboratively with clients to develop effective strategies for navigating challenges and fostering growth.
Her practice is grounded in curiosity, respect, and the belief that every person possesses the knowledge, strengths, and capacity to lead a meaningful and fulfilling life.
